This dry wine is made from Seyval and Chardonel grapes. Aging on the lees, or yeast sediment, gives the Chardonel added complexity and, when blended with the Seyval, forms a multi-layered dry white wine. Hints of grapefruit and citrus are balanced with oak and yeasty aromas. Very nicely compliments any fish or white sauce pasta dish.
