This 2000 vintage red wine is made entirely from Chambourcin (30%) and Norton (70%) grapes grown at Owl Creek Vineyard. The wine was aged in oak barrels for 2 years giving it a powerful oak flavor as a young wine. It will improve in the bottle for 5-10 years.
